Quartier DIX30 recently opened a few new boutiques and restaurants. Here is an overview of these brand new addresses that are sure to become new favourites on your next shopping spree in Brossard.
Soja&co
Soja&co's first natural candle store opened at the end of summer in Quartier DIX30. Discover the unique and original fragrances of their sublime artisanal candles. The fall collection has us swooning: spicy pumpkin, smores and wood fire, bourbon and pumpkin and teak wood and fall spices. We simply cannot wait for their winter capsule collection!
Jean-Philip Dupré, general manager at Escad Hotel, loves to gift these lovely candles. His favourite scent is definitely the Eucalyptus, mint and rosemary one.
Sportive Plus
Finally! Here is a clothing store for sport, outdoor and travel apparel dedicated to the active plus size woman. You can find everything there, from dresses, to winter coats, pants, accessories and shoes. Visit this new boutique to find your next favourite piece, like a pair of Auclair gloves, a Columbia mid-season jacket or a pair of Lois jeans.

Discover their large inventory of sneakers from major brands and popular styles such as the Air Jordan, the Yeezy 350 Carbon, the Nike dunk low, and many more.
Café St-Henri
For a cup of high-quality coffee, stop by the cute coffee van of Café St-Henri, which recently opened in Quartier DIX30. Admit it, there is nothing like a good latte, and a freshly baked pastry, to kickstart a shopping spree!
Hugo Germain, vice-president of operations at Germain Hotels, loves Café St-Henri very dearly. According to him, this is the best coffee of all. Period. The "Holy Cow" blend is the one that is drunk in the company's offices in Quebec City!
As for himself, Jean-Philip Dupré always orders the London Fog. This comforting hot drink is an Earl Grey tea latte with a hint of vanilla.
Les collections Mademoiselle EartH
Fall under the spell of the beautiful pieces created with care by designer Alexandra Cyr. Lovers of linen, lace and feminine patterns, you'll want to get yourself one of these stunning, handmade outfits. From perfectly cut blazer to light and breezy dresses, you are sure to find something you love.
Bopied & Tendances Chaussures
In search of your next winter boot, a good running shoe or a pair of classy high heels? Head to the Bopied Tendances boutique, a Quebec company where you will find a shoe that fits your needs. We love their large selection of local brands such as Apropo, Olang, Sorel and Blondo, as well as their wide selection of international brands like Birkenstock, Isle Jacobsen and Blundstone.
Venice MTL
For a fresh lunch on the go, visit the brand new Californian inspired restaurant, Venice. On the menu: poke bowls with tofu, salmon, shrimp or tuna as well as gourmet salads. Do you have a sweet tooth? Then you will really appreciate their dessert menu: the carrot cake and the classic cheesecake are delicious!
Simon Gadbois, general manager of the Alt Hotel Quartier DIX30, says that him and a few of his team members are fans of this new little restaurant. Their favorite salad is no other than The Malibu. They describe it as wave of freshness with each bite: mesclun, goat cheese, beets, grilled walnuts and cranberries with a crispy twist of grilled pitas! Yum!
End that productive shopping day with a cocktail at Bar les Cousins followed by a relaxing night in comfort at Escad Hotel or Alt Hotel Quartier DIX30.
