The redesigned hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, have every amenity you could possibly need. Location is amazing. Right downtown with the Rideau Centre a block away. Byward Market close by and terrific dining options. We went to visit our daughter and took our dog along. We had never done this before, and it worked out perfectly. Everyone working at the hotel was so kind and helpful. Now that we will be visiting Ottawa regularly, we would not stay anywhere else. (The beds and bedding are incredible high quality!)

Our booking was made by a friend and we didn't know what to expect as we had never heard of Le Germain Hotel before. We were absolutely blown away! Luxuriously spacious rooms that were stylish and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to see, eat and generally enjoy our visit to Ottawa. The location is close to everything without being in it. The Ottawa Art Gallery is right next door and it is within walking distance to major shopping, Byward Market and most of the sights one would wish to see in Ottawa...

Hotel was absolutely beautiful! Staff were very efficient and very pleasant, and went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were amazing - music playing upon entry, Nespresso, beds and linens were beautiful. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. Super clean. Easy walk to the market and parliament buildings. All around five stars! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Warm welcome, extremely well-equipped rooms that are very spacious. Bed, couch and desk in the room are luxurious and fulfil their purpose perfectly after a long day in the city. Would certainly book it again! Breakfast buffet has lots of choices and displays quality food and drinks.
