This is an elegant hotel without being stuffy. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful in every way. We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts immensely. In-room amenities were just right. The location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, the famous cobble stone streets of old Quebec, the funicular which takes you to the Le Chateau Frontenac. I can’t forget to mention the bed it was big and felt like we were sleeping on feathers. Nice deep bath so we enjoyed a bubble bath every night to warm us up.
