We currently store the personal information collected on our websites or during our hospitality or restaurant operations on our servers in Canada and the United States. We request compliance as stringent as Law 25. However, your personal information may be held and used in any country where we use third-party service providers. Consequently, we may disclose personal information in countries other than your country/province/state of residence. If we disclose personal information outside Quebec, where privacy laws may differ, we ensure your information has an equivalent level of protection to that of Quebec, for example, through contractual measures.

However, no security measure is absolute or entirely guaranteed.
