Located at 9th Avenue and Centre Street, Hôtel Le Germain Calgary is steps away from the EPCOR Centre for the Performing Arts, the Glenbow Museum, the Calgary Tower, the TELUS Convention Centre, Olympic Plaza and the popular Stephen Avenue pedestrian walk where you can find nine major shopping centers and department stores, retro cinemas, some of Calgary's finest restaurants, pubs, cafés and bars, as well as an eclectic mix of boutiques and galleries.
Hôtel Le Germain Calgary is at the heart of one of Canada’s most vibrant city. An architectural expression of the signature style of Groupe Germain, the hotel facade is clad in Spanish wood hinting at interiors that also celebrate a return to natural materials with stone floors, wood paneling, soft leathers and solid granite.
The lobby of the hotel enveloped in a dramatic 25-foot glass wall that fills the lounge and front desk area with radiant natural light. This exposure to the urban environment adds a modern vitality to the spacious, inviting entry area. In addition to a sweeping spiral stairwell, a large ceramic artwork installation punctuates the hotel lobby, commissioned by Quebec artist Pascale Girardin.
