From April 3 to May 8, Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa will welcome three renowned guest chefs to its Les Labours restaurant, where they will craft exclusive menus alongside Chef Patrick Dubé and his team.
This new edition celebrates the arrival of warmer days with menus inspired by the finest ingredients from Charlevoix. Each evening promises a unique gastronomic experience where freshness, vibrant colors, and creativity take center stage.

Not one but two chefs will take over the kitchens at Les Labours for this second evening: Éric Lessard and Charles Gignac. These two veterans of Le Saint-Amour restaurant now work at Le 101, a contemporary family restaurant located in Quebec City's Saint-Roch district.
