Germain Hotels shares Menu Extra’s vision when it comes to hospitality, highlighting Quebec artisans, and paying attention to every detail. We will have the pleasure of cooking at the hotel’s stunning restaurant, Le Boulevardier, designed by Zébulon Perron, to kick off the year in style.
Francis Blais and the Menu Extra team have created a special 5-course menu in collaboration with Le Boulevardier’s team, led by Florimond Hannoteau, blending the signature styles of both teams: French gastronomy. Carefully selected wine pairings by sommeliers Alexis Demers and Jordane Knab will complement the meal, offering a complete culinary experience.
