Just WOW! What a terrific hotel! I would absolutely love to stay here again. Check in & out was fast & dead easy. The staff were amazing. Our room was incredible & had everything we could possibly need. Room service was fast, delicious, & had good value. Super convenient for us because we came for a concert and the arena is next door.
- TracyAMAZING! It was a mom/daughter concert trip and I chose this hotel for its location. The bed was beyond comfortable and being just us 2 girls, we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Our walk from the train at union station to the hotel took about 8 mins indoors. Also, the room service was top notch. It was quick and so delicious. We will 100% be back to this gem of a hotel, I don’t think it can be topped in our books!
- ERGreat hotel, no complaints whatsoever. We stayed here for 1 night for a concert. First off, it was incredibly convenient - we grabbed a bottle of wine from the LCBO downstairs and some cheese from Longos, and made our way back to the room to get ready for the show. Then we walked to the stadium - can't get closer than that! The room itself was gorgeous. The rain showerhead was AMAZING and the beds were super comfy. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was our first time here but we hope to be back soon!

Stayed here to attend a concert at the Roger's Centre. Did not disappoint! The room was beautiful, quiet, had an incredibly comfortable king size bed and was a short walk to the Roger's Centre. Stay at this boutique hotel the next time you're attending a concert, you won't be disappointed!
- LanaWe were very pleasantly surprised. Great location! Right at the door of Scotiabank Arena and Union Station. Just a short walk to Rogers Centre and Harbourfront.Restaurants nearby or walk through Union Station and you will find many more restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is modern, clean, definitely an 'upscale' feel to it. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
- GaryDuring my stay at the hotel, I was truly impressed by the spaciousness and quality of the rooms. The ease of accessibility in and out of the hotel was highly appreciated. The staff at the front went above and beyond, exhibiting exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. The hotel's location near popular tourist attractions, combined with a wide range of dining, transportation, and shopping options, made it a convenient choice. Notably, the proximity to the hop-on-hop-off bus service, just a brief five-minute walk away, added to the overall convenience. Moreover, landmarks like the CN Tower, the Roger Centre, and a museum were conveniently close by.

This hotel is at the end of the airport so you don't feel that you are at an airport location. The design is modern and it has a self serve food area, however there is always someone at the bar to help with drinks or anything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to go into town all you have to do is take the airport train to terminal 3 (8 minutes) and from there catch the city train, which is only 25 minutes and it drops you off in the middle of town.
- JacquelineA wonderful stop on a trans-atlantic trip. Calm and friendly, so close to the airport. Exactly what we needed. Perfect location , took the train into the city, so simple and convenient. Wonderful staff.
- PatriciaHave spent last couple of days at Alt Hotel and we 4 all love it. The staff go out of their way to please. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The beds...the beds are wonderful. The lobby cafe supplied all we needed including last supper for last night in Canada. Easy access to city and airport. A winner.
