Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid fees equivalent to the total cost of one night's stay plus taxes. The credit is not valid at the hotel boutique or at the Spa Nordique Le Germain. The full credit must be used during the stay. Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. We recommend booking in advance for breakfast, dining, as well as the thermal experience or treatments at Spa Nordique Le Germain to secure your desired times.
