Back for a new edition, Champs Libres: les récoltes is a true tribute to the abundance of our gardens. At Restaurant Les Labours, renowned guest chefs will join Chef Patrick Dubé and his brigade to create seasonal 6-course menus. Enjoy perfectly paired wine selections by our sommelier Christian Beaupré, accompanied by live music.

Chef Patrick Dubé
After more than 25 years in the kitchen and all his travels in Europe in search of new techniques and cultures, Patrick Dubé decided to settle in Charlevoix. For him, this is a dream region: the area offers exceptional local products that he has the chance to cook and add to his dishes. The fact that the ingredients are harvested right from the garden is a dream advantage for this chef who is passionate about seasonal products.

From June to October, you’re welcome to explore our garden, where you’ll meet our team of gardeners and our Market gardener and horticulturist Virginie. They are responsible for growing most of the fruits, vegetables and herbs you’ll find on your plate.
